Early-access service

Still Us is an early-access service for adults aged 18 and over. Features, availability and proposed prices may change while we test and improve it. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase or guarantee continued availability.

Not professional or emergency support

The questions are optional conversation prompts, not counselling, diagnosis, treatment, safeguarding advice or a substitute for qualified help. Do not use Still Us where answering could put you or another person at risk. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate specialist service.

Respect, consent and private answers

Both people must choose freely whether to participate and what to share. Never use the service to pressure, monitor, harass or manipulate another person. An answer remains hidden until both accounts answer, then becomes visible to both people in that connected space.

Accounts and invitations

Keep sign-in links and couple invite codes private. Invite codes expire, work once and should be shared directly with your intended partner. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else accessed your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, access another couple’s information, automate registrations or use Still Us unlawfully. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.

Ending use

You may disconnect from a partner or request account deletion. Disconnecting prevents the former partner relationship from being treated as active; account deletion is a separate request.

Notifications

Reminders and shared-reveal alerts are optional conveniences and may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, connectivity or third-party services. Notification previews never intentionally include a question or either person’s answer. Do not rely on Still Us notifications for urgent or safety-critical communication.
