Delete your account

Request deletion in the app

Open Still Us, choose Settings, then Request account deletion. The app records the request securely and signs you out.

Request deletion without the app

Use this form with the same email address used for your Still Us account. Do not include answers, your partner’s information, passwords or payment details.

What is deleted

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymise the account profile, couple membership and relationship answers associated with that account, except for limited information we must retain for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.

Disconnecting is different

Disconnecting a couple immediately ends the shared private space, but it does not delete either person’s account. Use the deletion request above if you also want your account removed.
